Why You Suffer Pain From Poor Posture By Not Using An Ergonomic Kneeling Chair

Using an ergonomic kneeling chair means you do not have to suffer from aches and pain whilst sat at your desk.

When sat in a “normal chair” at your desk you often end up slumped and lean on the edge of the desk. Your back muscles are in constant use to stop you falling. Therefore, although you are using your muscles, you are using them to help support your bad posture.

This constant use of your back muscles after an hour sat at your desk (as with any continual muscle usage) makes you feel tired and weak. It is natural for your head to want to tilt forward but what happens at your desk is that due to the unnatural number of hours spent sat in a similar poor posture position, your shoulders lean forward and your spine arches as your body continually fights falling forward into a slumped position. This continual fight happens for hours a day and for many day a week. This does not happen with the use of an ergonomic kneeling chair

Continual usage of any muscles for such a prolonged period is not natural and eventually damages the body. We stop listening to our body which implores us to relent in the search of being more productive and doing more whilst at the desk working.

There is an argument that the use of an ergonomic kneeling chair not only relieves pain but also improves work efficiency. As the body is less fatigued from not having to sit in the same position for hours every week we are fresher to think and as a result we ultimately do more and achieve more. It is no wonder a lot of us suffer from lower back pain and neck ache from using a “normal chair”.

Find your ergonomic kneeling chair today. Have a look on the web and at department stores for a model that suits you. Don’t be afraid to try one. I did and was pleasantly surprised by how much more energy it gave me and how much more work I got done. I have now forgotten how I used to ache after sitting for a day at my desk in the office. Now after a day at work I feel simply wonderful and now use an ergonomic kneeling chair both at home and in the office.
